Hi, my name is Troy Zupancich, I am the owner and founder of Zups Construction LLC.

I manage every phase of the business. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction while providing homeowners with high quality craftsmanship for less than the "other guys." We pay ourselves for the work we provide and are family oriented owner operators. The kids you see in the photos will hopefully some day take over the business and keep the spirit of hard work ethics and quality craftsmanship, for less.

Away from work I volunteer my time coaching flag football, cooking, remodeling my house and staying active with my family which includes hockey, swimming lessons, gymnastics, and football. Thanks for checking out our website.

Away from work, my wife, Kashai and I enjoy spending time together playing with our three children, Enzo (5) Kloë, (3) and Mikah (1). Seeing them grow up and learn new things in life is super rewarding! Other fun things I like to do includes taking walks and bike ride with the family and dog, watching and playing basketball, playing bass guitar and making music.
